Repair & Maintenance Services Include
- Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Periodic maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contract or AMC.
- Maintenance Services for electrical include replacement of Slip rings of Motor and Carbon Brushes, Refurbishment of Panel and replacement of worm out parts such as contactor, cleaning of panel and resistance boxes, replacement of damage cables and cable dressing, replacement of current collector / setting of overload relay and limit switches etc.
- VVVF Drive replacement with Proper selection verify with Motor Capacity.
- Wire rope condition checking
- Brake Liner condition checking, Brake Alignment, Functional test etc.
